To set a Welcome Message, that will be sent in private chat when users start the bot, just like @EngageProBot or even simpler, steps are straightforward and can be done in no time.
1️⃣ EngageBot.PRO and reach the Bot Settings page

2️⃣ In this page you can update the Bot Name, if you need, and also the Welcome Message.
3️⃣ Decide if you want to enable the EngageBot.PRO whitelabel (you can disable it, and it's free!)
4️⃣ Decide if you want to add some keyboards, and save!
